In most states, you can see a physical therapist without a referral through direct access. However, some insurance plans require a referral for coverage. We recommend checking with your insurance provider or calling our office.

How long is the first appointment?

Your initial evaluation typically takes 45-60 minutes. This allows us to thoroughly assess your condition, discuss your goals, and begin treatment.

Will I receive treatment on my first visit?

Yes! After your evaluation, we'll begin treatment immediately. You'll also receive a home exercise program to start working on between visits.

How often will I need to come?

Treatment frequency varies based on your condition and goals. Most patients start with 2-3 visits per week and decrease as they improve. Your therapist will discuss the recommended plan during your first visit.
